Dave is the technical expert and academic of the company. With enviable post–graduate qualifications in Mathematics and Statistics from Cambridge, he began his career in research with BT’s Statistics and Business Research unit. He moved agency side five years later, in time holding senior positions within NOP’s Business division and then Taylor Nelson. Dave’s business experience, allied to his technical excellence, provides an unrivalled contribution to his projects and clients.
Kay is at the very heart of SR–B. As well as providing exceptional client service and top quality research, she manages the company on a day to day basis. Armed with her Psychology degree from LSE, she began her career in research in 1987. She left her role as Director of NOP’s Business division in 1998 to set up SR–B. Kay’s dedication to her clients’ business and service needs is second to none. Given her unwavering commitment and exemplary research skills, the loyalty of her clients is hardly surprising.
Flora‘s previous experience both client - and agency-side brings a pragmatic 360º client-focused approach to SR-B. With a Business Studies degree from Middlesex University, she began her career at Total Research. A brief flirtation with financial research led her to take up posts with BDRC, Abbey and with niche financial consultants NMG. Flora brings an enthusiasm to understand overall business goals as well as research objectives in order to provide incisive and actionable results.
An excellent project manager with a real eye for detail, Jane joined SR–B in 2000 with a degree in Mathematics for Business Analysis from Glasgow Caledonian University and five years grounding in social research. Her statistical and academic background has translated into rigorous analysis skills which makes her an asset to every project she works on.
Paul joined SR–B in 2005, extending the agency’s skill-base relating to new media and on–line research. A Plymouth University international business studies graduate, he started in research in the mid 1990s in a mystery shopping agency and joined SR–B from the New Media team within GfK NOP. Paul is a strong team player with a determination to meet his clients’ research and business requirements.
